The Menstrual Cup is designed with a contoured base and stem for mess-free, clean removal. To use, simply pick the right size, sterilize in hot water before the first use, squat and insert the folded cup completely, rotate and gently tug to seal, and wear for up to 12 hours. To remove, gently pinch the cup and pull the stem, then rinse with warm water and mild soap. Thoroughly dry the cup and store it in the brand's breathable cup case to extend its lifespan.
